I got my new ink! Done by the kick ass Sam Rulz @ Two Hands Tattoo.

Its a tribute to my late father, a hot rod pin up girl sitting on a Ford roadster. Her hair is covering up my original tattoo for my Dad - an ankh with his initials underneath.

Gostei assim, fosco mesmo. Contrasta bonitinho com o gloss do fundo... E essa história de usar o Pin Up só começou porque testei o Space Cadet lindíssimo e craquelei, que nem ela fez. Fica lindíssimo, mas eu não ia ter vontade de usar o craquelado, tamanha a beleza do Orly sozinho... Aí pensei nesse acabamento que o Cadet tem, e achei parecido com os Impala Gloss... O Pin Up não seria um esmalte que eu usaria sozinho, testei com o craquelado e achei legal. Aí está ;p

Tem que estar realmente muuuito bem seco, e não tenho habilidades de deixar o acabamento bom. Talvez se o esmalte estivesse mais seco não tivesse engolido tanto perto das cutículas, mas... Tá ok pra primeira vez...

I didn't think I would make the last day of the 208 Tattoo Fest but Heather gave me a hall pass to sneak out of the house for a few hours. I tried to make the most of it; things were not as hectic at the Fest so I had a chance to shoot with some of the lovely pin-up models. All in all it was a great event - I'm really glad I went!

I took these photos at the 2015 208 Tattoo Fest in Boise, Idaho in June 2015.

Walking in Osborne Village; This guy's friend Jason stopped and basically said "take our pictures". My friend and I took some shots. I noticed that he had an interesting pin-up girl tattoo and he was happy to pose for this shot. I can't remember his name, probably because Jason did almost all the talking.
